My SIP installment is deducted but the order is not reflected. What should I do?

If your SIP installment has been deducted but the order is not yet visible, please don’t worry. In some cases, banks process payments before the transaction is confirmed by the mutual fund system. You can check the status in Portfolio > Orders.

Please note that it may take up to T+2 to T+3 working days for the fund house to process the transaction, allot units, and reflect it in your portfolio.

 

If the order still does not appear, contact AdvisorAlpha support with:

- Registered mobile number  

- Transaction reference ID  

- Bank statement/screenshot
